Reduce Space and Noise

The traditional method to access a blast room is with steel swing doors. A better alternative is the Dura-Door rubber roll up door. This door will eliminate a lot of wasted space, as well as reduce and dampen the blasting noise coming from the blast room.

The Dura-Door rubber roll up door is produced from a tough, wear resistant SBR material, manufactured specifically for the application to provide years of trouble free service.

Tight Seals Ensure No Dust Leakage

To ensure dust does not leak from the door into surrounding work areas, the sides of the door are fitted with specially formed steel channels to provide tight sealing. On larger doors potential operator injury from a falling door is eliminated by the inclusion of an automatic physical stop system. The Dura-Door rubber roll up door is available with all new Blastechnik blast rooms and as a modernization upgrade to existing blast rooms.
